Om Engineers and Builders is operational and active in the construction field for the last 30 years. Founded in the year 1980 by Mr. Lalit A. Shah, the company has executed numerous projects viz. Residential Apartments, Hospitals, Institutions and luxurious Bungalows. Every time the concern has been to look into intricate details and execute the site in stipulated time. We at Om Engineers & Builders are dedicated first and foremost to quality.

We have mainly concentrated on execution of high end bungalows. We observed that with globalization individuals and businessmen started travelling a lot. These high net worth individuals were exposed to the global market and travelled far and wide. During the foreign trips they were exposed to the luxurious living standards abroad and wanted a slice of the same for their homes. There was a will to plan and spend but not many agencies were available to execute and deliver the desired results. Since, 2001 we have been working as Construction Managers and Project Management Consultants for such high end bungalows and delivered total customer satisfaction. We have executed enough and many residential bungalows.

We at Om Engineers and Builders apply the same rule books while constructing apartment buildings, hospital buildings and institution buildings. We have received the B.A.I. award for Ozone – The Mall at Aundh and also Jaihind Collections at laxmi Road. We have executed numerous such projects demanding challenges & have brought results that are not only qualitative but also timebound. The superior construction quality is a result of a team of skilled engineers & task force with the help of using construction machinery & equipments.

Recently we have completed a 120 tenament SLUM REHABILITATION PROJECT and have received the prestigious B.A.I - JURY’S RECOMMENDATION AWARD for the same.
